Religious, Feasibility Study, Interior Design

Working closely with the Toledo Design Collective, our religious focused studio, Midwest Church Design & Construction conducted a feasibility study and developed a plan to help save the 120+ year old church. ​

Considering the large amount of underutilized space within the building, the recommendation is a phased concept for renovation and improvements. This design approach enhances the historical building, while prioritizing making the entire complex handicap accessible.

The phased plan allows the Church to rent their larger spaces that will see the most return of investment sooner, like the Fellowship Hall and Kitchen.
