3rd Places, Adaptive Reuse   

This project is to design a charter school and community gathering space in a historic neighborhood.

The design will include a renovation of the existing structure and an addition to the building that will blend architectural styles from both the old and the new. The renovation will also include taking into account the historic significance of the neighborhood and providing a respectful update that honors

the legacy of the area. The goal of the project is to create a space that is both aesthetically pleasing

and highly functional for the students, faculty, and community members that will use it.
